Waterland is the first Waterpark ever established in Greece and the only one in the part of the country. It is ideally located at the south east outskirts of Thessaloniki and is easily accessible by the population of the city as well as by visitors from nearby cities and neighboring countries. Access to the park is also very easy for foreign tourists who spend their holidays at the resort of Chalkidiki, Pieria and Asprovalta. Since 1994, the opening year of Waterland some 2.900.000 people have visited the park.
